Having covered all aspects of the scaffold trade over the last 28+ years from starting out as a lorry driver, to being a qualified scaffolder, then onto being Contracts & Transport Manager for another firm. Steve then thought it time to start up a company of his own. When asked how he feels about his company he says " I can honestly say that it was the best decision I have made!"

Married to Steve for 28 years. Helen is also Office Manager and covers all aspects of office duties including quotes, invoicing and much much more! When asked about her job she says " I'm the bossy member of the team which is entirely warranted to keep the old man, son, daughter and sons-in-law in check. I'm the one that does the wages so they all keep me sweet. I cover a wide range of jobs and I actually love my job!"

Ray is Helens son and has been Scaffolding for 20+ years. We call him the gentle giant. He always receives positive feedback for his politeness and workmanship. Ray is a conscientious member of our team and this shows in his work ethic. Raymond is also passionate about photography.

Jack is one of Steve and Helen's sons-in-law. Although being one of the youngest members of the team, he is known for being the oldest. He loves everything old and vintage. Jack is a valued member of the team and loves the physical side of the job. Jack became a dad for the first time in 2016.

Harry is also one of Steve and Helen's sons-in-law. As the tallest member of the team at 6"5 he enjoys his sport and has been a member of the Portsmouth Basketball League for 10+ years now. Harry has been with us for a while and enjoys working as part of our family team.

Isaac is the newest member of our team. As a close family friend he fits right into our close knit company. Coming from the boat building background, Isaac is now looking forward to learning a new trade.

Our youngest daughter, married to Harry is one of our Office Administrators. She spends the day helping Helen with all aspects of office duties.
Shannon White

Our oldest daughter, Shannon is married to Jack. She deals with all aspects of our Health & Safety and holds level 1 and level 2 Health & Safety certificates. She also deals with all transport related duties.
